Academic Success Center has free tutoring available for Georgia Southern students through virtual platforms in Spring 2020. While tutoring is provided for a variety of courses, tutoring is not available in every subject area. The Academic Success Center offers tutoring in core Math, Science, Humanities, and select Psychology and Sociology courses. The Engineering Learning Center (ELC) serves as a place where students can get free tutoring from their peers for several challenging engineering courses; and this will now be virtual for all students to access! The School of Accountancy offers virtual tutoring for students in ACCT 2030, ACCT 2101, ACCT 2102, ACCT 3131 and ACCT 3132. For Spring 2020, students seeking tutoring must contact tutors during their working hours listed here. Tutoring sessions will the be facilitated through Google Hangout.
The Science & Mathematics Academic Resource & Tutorial (SMART) Center offers free tutoring by student tutors in Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, General and Organic Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, and Mathematics.
