About Our Services

The Office of Pre-Law Advising provides coaching and guidance for qualified students navigating future careers in the legal discipline.

In order to add our pre-professional program to their record, students are required to attend a 30 minute interest meeting. Our interest meetings are held monthly on Zoom; the dates vary and are listed on the Calendar of Events tab. Students are encouraged to email our department (prelawadvising@georgiasouthern.edu) at any time to request information on joining our programs and these sessions.

IF YOU ARE APPLYING TO LAW SCHOOL DURING THE CURRENT ADMISSIONS CYCLE*, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM. An advisor will reach out to you via email to schedule your initial appointment.

*We ask that you only use this form if you fit these parameters. Otherwise, please plan to attend an interest meeting. The admissions cycle is defined as September 1 through June 1 of the current academic year.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, faculty will meet with students via Zoom.

You can schedule your appointment with one of our faculty advisors during their available fall & spring semester hours:

Dr. Kathleen Comerford, Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. – 1:30 P.M., Wednesdays 10 A.M. – 12 P.M.
