November 2, 2020: Election Support

Dear Faculty,

We’ve had several conversations recently with faculty about tomorrow’s election and the support students may need in processing the results. The Counseling Center will be providing support space via Zoom for students on Wednesday and Thursday to share their reactions to the election and address how it has impacted their mental health. Please let your students know about this resource. I’ve attached a flyer that you can distribute to them. You can find more information here:

There is also support for faculty and staff. The USG has partnered with KEPRO to provide employees and their family members with a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Full-time and part-time employees, family, and household members have access to the program. Services are free and confidential, within the bounds of the law.

Visit  https://www.usg.edu/hr/benefits/2020_benefits/eap, or contact KEPRO at 1-844-243-4440 or www.eaphelplink.com and use the company code USGcares.

Sincerely,
