Tours and Programs

Tours based on the museum’s collections and exhibits are available for school and community groups. For questions about field trips and group tours, contact Curator of Education, Stephanie Lukowski, at 912-478-7707 or slukowski@georgiasouthern.edu.

We are unable to accommodate tour groups larger than 30 people per visit at this time.

We offer self-guided and guided tours of our exhibits for school, homeschool, and summer camp groups. All of our guided tours meet the Georgia Standards of Excellence.

We offer self-guided and guided tours for non-school community groups. Tours can be customized to meet your group’s needs.

STEM Studies

The Museum also partners with Georgia Southern University’s Center for Interdisciplinary STEM Education to provide science and social studies content and curriculum support for K-12 classrooms. Through the museum’s collaboration with the Center, materials and supplies are provided to support active and engaged STEM and social studies classrooms throughout southeast Georgia.
