Whether you’ll be furthering your education as a transfer student or an exchange student, coming to Georgia Southern as a first-time freshman, or joining us as a visiting scholar, the Office of International Programs and Services can assist you from start to finish with the steps and processes necessary to enter the United States and arrive at Georgia Southern prepared to engage with our academic programs.

The Office of International Programs and Services currently assists students and scholars from nearly 100 countries – from Albania to Zimbabwe – who call Georgia Southern University their home.  We can help you learn more about the University, the visa process and preparing to arrive, and making the cultural transition for living and learning in the U.S.  Our staff are here to answer your questions and provide you with the support you need prior to and during your stay at Georgia Southern.
