Have you ever felt clueless trying to figure out a solution for an issue impeding students’ teaching and learning? Or have you ever attempted to adopt a new pedagogical approach in your classroom? If so, you are stepping into the scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL).
Join us in this workshop to learn more about how you can inform and improve your students’ teaching and learning through SoTL. Learn how you can make things count twice, conduct research and become a well-rounded facilitator of learning. Dr. Haddad will discuss SoTL through his experience as SoTL scholar and provide you with actual research questions, methodology, and outcomes.
The workshop will also introduce you to some useful tools to help you explore research questions you might have and design you SoTL projects to address such questions.
