Keep up the test-prep momentum by registering for the SAT Prep Course, offered by the Division of Continuing Education! You can now tackle all portions of the SAT in just five afternoons: Math, Reading, Writing and Vocabulary.
Reading, Writing and Vocabulary will offer the strategies you need to do your best on the writing portion of the exam. You’ll learn to improve your vocabulary and begin mastering how to recognize main ideas, draw conclusions, and identify keywords.
The Math portion will review how to use essential formulas and sets you up for success with its tools for improving your accuracy in problem-solving.
In order to complete registration, you must complete the waivers and upload them during registration.

Albert Nordine has taught high school mathematics and SAT test preparation in Savannah at local private schools, as well as teaching Geometry at Saint Vincent’s Academy. He has both extensive classroom experience and one-on-one tutoring experience. He has taught SAT, ACT and ASVAB standardized test-taking. Nordine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
Edna Fox has been an educator for 40 years. During that time, she served as the language arts chairperson at Windsor Forest High School and at Saint Vincent’s Academy. She has taught English literature/language to all levels of students in all of the middle school and high school levels. She has also taught Advanced Placement English Literature for 20 years and thus is very familiar with improving test-taking skills for the College Board. During that time, she was recognized as Star Teacher and Teacher of the Year numerous times. She has also taught various courses of English at the former Armstrong State University.
