This is the ServSafe program you have been waiting for!
This 8-hour curriculum, led by a certified instructor, will teach you about food safety codes and practices and the importance of personal hygiene, as well as precautions for avoiding cross-contamination, food-borne illness, and how to prevent both by implementing time, temperature, cleaning and sanitation practices. Earn your nationally accredited, ServSafe food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association! Our certified instructor will proctor the exam during the Saturday session. Before the exam, there will be a review to give you a refresher on everything you’ve learned.

This class and test will be given in English. Registration will include the official ServSafe book which is required for the class.
