The Nessmith-Lane Center staff are ready and willing to assist in planning, set up, and the execution of your wedding!
A deposit in the amount of $500 is due within 10 business days from the date of booking. If the deposit is not received as agreed, the reservation will be released. The remaining estimated balance is due NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS prior to the event. For bookings made 10 days or less in advance, the entire estimated charges will be due in order to confirm the event.
Cancellations for facilities require advance notice of at least 10 business days for a refund of the deposit less a $50 processing fee. For facility cancellations made less than 10 business days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited. Corporate and government accounts that are not required to pay a deposit will be invoiced according to the same terms above. Notification of cancellation must be in writing. Email or fax is acceptable. A written acknowledgment from your Nessmith-Lane Center Event Coordinator will finalize the cancellation.
Cancellation for catering arranged by the Nessmith-Lane Center staff requires advance notice of at least 10 business days for refund of deposit. “When planning my daughter’s wedding reception, we wanted to find a venue that would be spacious, allowing for many tables, a band and room to dance. The Nessmith-Lane Center was perfect! The Atrium was a great space for the bars and food stations. This allowed for even more space for dining and dancing in the Ballroom. The tables, chairs and tablecloths were included in the rental. How nice it was to walk into the Ballroom and see everything just as I had requested.
What a great experience I had working with the staff at the Nessmith-Lane Center. They were helpful and very professional in all aspects of the planning process. The food was reasonably priced, and I received many positive compliments. I would highly recommend the Nessmith-Lane Center for a memorable wedding reception!”
