GICOIL Registration


Please review the updated payment policy below to ensure a seamless experience.

  • All conference registration fees must be paid prior to attending the conference
  • Payment must be received within 30 days of registration
  • Receiving an invoice does not guarantee a seat at the conference
  • Registrations with outstanding balances that are older than 30 days may be canceled
  • Any credentials/certificates will be withheld until payment is received

Payment of the Registration Fee should be made at the time of registration unless your organization requires an invoice. In addition, 30 days prior to each conference the “pay by invoice” option will no longer be available. Therefore, requests to pay by invoice must be made prior to that deadline.

Attention Student Registrants: To qualify for the student rate, you must either be enrolled in an undergraduate program or in a graduate program. Please be aware that, if you are a graduate student, only those who work part-time (less than 25 hours per week) will qualify.
