Prepare For the Exam

Interested in enrolling in one of our prep courses?  Contact Shanina Guyton at sguyton@georgiasouthern.edu or phone 912-478-2560 for a consultation to learn more about which certification is right for you.  If you are using Army Credentialing Assistance, please review our Army Credentialing Assistance Quote Request Form for more information.

Upon successful completion of the prep course, you will be issued an exam voucher to be used when scheduling your exam. The certification exam provides the public with a reliable mechanism for certifying that the credential holder has met relevant competency standards. The exam processes and procedures ensure that all credential holders demonstrate their competence adequately and accurately. RBLP administers oral certification exams because leadership knowledge and skills can be tested more effectively by oral exams than by written examinations.

The RBLP, RBLP-C and RBLP-T exams are issued orally in English or Spanish by exam administrators via Microsoft Teams video conference. No special software downloads are required. Review the exam policies prior to scheduling your exam.
