Overnight Camping

Enjoy an evening of fun under the stars at the Center for Wildlife Education.  The Wildlife Center is pleased to offer overnight camping in conjunction with programs suited for scouting and youth groups, educator training workshops, environmental groups, science camps, church groups, families, and more.

The campground features:

•20 individually marked camp sites (Capacity: maximum of 80 campers).
•Multiple fire ring locations.
•Restroom facilities for men and women (no showers).
•Campsite is gated for added security.
•Campground is located in a mixed forest.
•Picnic Tables
•Playground
•Tents available upon request.

Campers are responsible for all meals, sleeping bags, and flashlights. You may bring your own firewood or we can provide the wood for you for $10.00. The campground is available by reservation year round.  Sorry, but no grills are allowed.

Group Camping Fees:

$50.00 non-refundable deposit  (Must be paid to reserve the date)
$5.00 per person (10 people minimum or $150.00 and a maximum of 80 campers)
$150.00 for an additional evening program.  See the list of topics below.

This includes the use of 2 tents; additional tents are available for $20.00 per tent.  Tent setup and removal fee is $10.00 per tent. S’mores campfire snacks are also provided by the Wildlife Center.
