Introduction

Georgia Southern's Academic Success Center (ASC) tutoring is located in Rooms 2027 & 2029 of Cone Hall.  Come by for friendly help with algebra, trig, pre calculus, calculus, writing, chemistry, statistics, sociology, psychology, American government or history or meet with our college reading/study skills tutors, who are trained to help you plan for and achieve academic success.  Our tutors are GSU certified tutors.  They are trained, supervised, and evaluated by our staff and faculty.

Among the Center's resources are numerous study aids and reference books. They include writing guides, worksheets, sample essays for English composition, practice tests for College Placement and Regents' exams, and some math textbooks.  Software programs and a library of audio and video tapes are also available.

The Center provides academic support and a friendly, caring environment for GSU students. The Center is open Monday through Friday. Use the link below to see the schedule of tutoring times.
