as a Foreign Language
(TOEFL)


Cost: $150.00 fee

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) evaluates the English proficiency of people whose native language is not English. Most people who take TOEFL are planning to study at colleges and universities where instruction is in English.

The TOEFL tests are used for undergraduate and graduate placement for international candidates.  You may wish to visit their website: http://www.ets.org/toefl/ for additional information and practice tests.

Georgia Southern University is offering the TOEFL in the Fall 2008 on the following dates: 
Saturday, September 20, 2008, 9:00 am
Friday, October 17, 2008, 9:00 am
Friday, November 14, 2008, 9:00 am
Friday, December 5, 2008, 9:00 am

Testing takes place at the Williams Center in Room 2006.
