Welcome To The Campus Farmers Market!

The Georgia Southern University Campus Farmers Market is a partnership between the Mainstreet Statesboro Farmers Market, the University Wellness Program, and the Center for Sustainability and is supported by several campus units.

Our goals are 1) to connect the campus community to local food systems by bringing  local, healthy and sustainable food choices to campus, 2) to increase nutritional literacy, and 3) to support local farms and businesses.


This week is our ROTC Friends-giving Market

Date: Every Thursday, September 21st – November 9th
Time: 4 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Russel Union Rotunda

*During inclement weather, inside Russel Union Commons

Acceptable Forms of Payment include: Credit, Debit, EBT (Food Stamps), Eaglexpress & Cash

Engaging Activities For This Week!


Office of Student Leadership and Community Engagement

This office coordinates with their Lead & Serve team to be at every market. They  provide engagement activities and an overview of the resources and services within their department. Activities can range from making ornaments and door decks to collecting canned goods for donations.





Office of Student Activities

Student organizations may table or host events to promote their own agenda at the Campus Farmer’s Market. Organizations enlist engagement activities like: Games, corn hole, hula hoop contests, karaoke, open mic, or cook offs. If you are a student organization who wants to participate in the campus market. Submit a form to register your organization today. LINK TO FORM SUBMISSION




Wings Incentive Points

Student organizations will be able to earn Wings Incentive points via the Office of Student Activities for participating at the Campus Farmers Market. All organizations will need to complete the registration form in the above link or email our Market Manager
