Intellectual Property

Background

The Georgia Southern University Research and Service Foundation, Inc. assists Georgia Southern faculty from all academic units in managing intellectual property created as part of their research and scholarly pursuits. Intellectual Property may take the form of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. The Georgia Southern University Intellectual Property Policy governs all intellectual property created by faculty, staff and students in this capacity.
