International Ambassadors (IAs)

The 2022/2023 International Ambassador application is open!

The International Ambassadors of Georgia Southern University are a select group of exceptional international students who recruit and promote Georgia Southern to prospective students; represent international students to the Georgia Southern community; and are actively involved in the life of Georgia Southern. International Ambassadors must be enthusiastic about sharing their Georgia Southern experience with prospective students and their parents. IAs work alongside ISAP to welcome and help new international students adjust to life in the U.S. and on campus. The IA team is currently recruiting other international students to join them. Important Information

• Selection is based on application and interview
• Open to F-1 undergraduate and graduate students
• IAs serve on the Armstrong (Savannah) and Statesboro campuses
• Sponsored by the Office of International Student Admissions & Programs
