I am an associate professor of management at Northwest Missouri State University. I hold a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Arlington with emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and a JD from The University of Arkansas. Prior to entering academia, I was a small business owner and attorney. I have previously been published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Academic Administration in Higher Education among others. I teach graduate (MBA) courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior in addition to undergraduate courses in several areas of management, and my current research interests include practical application of business theories, organizational justice, and teaching management including the implications e-learning for teaching.

I am an associate professor of management at Northwest Missouri State University. I received my DBA with emphasis in Strategic Management from the Alliant International University (formerly United States International University) in San Diego, California. I co-founded an Export Management Consulting firm representing major U.S. companies in Asia, Europe and the Middle-East. I published in the Southwestern Business Administration Journal, International Journal of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education, Journal of Business and Leadership: Research, Practice and Teaching, and Journal of Learning in Higher Education. I teach graduate (MBA) courses in Quality and Strategy in addition to undergraduate courses in management and strategy. My current research interests include distance education, team effectiveness, academic integrity, corporate governance, and international business.

I am an assistant professor of operations management at Northwest Missouri State University. I teach mainly operations management and principles of management. I hold a Ph. D. degree from the University of Alabama with a major in Operations Management. Recently, I published in the International Journal of Operations and Quantitative Management. My research interests include quality management, supply chain management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
