Presently I serve as an Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in the College of Professional Studies at Marquette University, where I primarily teach leadership theory with an emphasis on ethical frameworks applied to leadership decision making; organizational behavior; research methods and statistics. I earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and an MBA from Marquette University, and a B.S. in Nursing with a minor in management from Alverno College.  My research interests include leadership, specifically transformational leadership theory, and the scholarship of teaching and learning, especially as related to hybrid or blended teaching and learning. Prior to becoming a full time academic five years ago, I served as a healthcare administrator for seventeen years
