Registration Fees for 2013

Early registration (July 1, 2012 - February 14, 2013) $325
Regular registration (February 15 - March 26, 2013) $385
Student registration $150
On-site (Everyone) $415
One-day registration (this rate is for non-presenters only and cannot be applied to multiple days) $150
3 or more registrations from same institution at same time $275 each (early registration only -- must register by phone, fax or mail)

Online registration will be taken down on March 25th at 8:00 AM. Anyone wishing to register after 8:00 AM March 25th should call 912-478-5551.

Cancellation Policy

A $25 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations. Requests for refunds will be accepted until March 18, 2013. No requests for refunds will be processed beginning March 19, 2013.
