Registration Fees for 2010

Pre-Conference Workshop registration (July 1, 2009 - Jan. 15, 2010) $35
Early registration (July 1, 2009 - Jan. 15, 2010) $325
Regular registration (Jan. 16 - March 10, 2010) $395
Student registration $150
On-site (Everyone) $425
One-day registration (this rate is for non-presenters only and cannot be applied to multiple days) $150
4 or more registrations from same institution at same time $300 each (early registration only -- must register by phone, fax or mail)

Online registration will be taken down on Tuesday, March 9, at 8:00 AM. Anyone wishing to register after 8:00 AM March 10th should call 912-478-5551.

Cancellation Policy

A $25 administrative fee is charged for all cancellations. Requests for refunds will be accepted until February 26, 2010. No requests for refunds will be processed beginning February 27, 2010.
