Academic Advisement, Fall 2008 (for Spring/Summer 2009)

An advisor is generally available for walk-in appointments for general questions, major exploration assistance or to assist students in declaring a major.  Thirty-minute advising appointments are required for all students before registering for Summer and or Fall 2008 classes, according to the following schedule:      

Students with 30-44 Earned Hours
Pre-advisement appointments for students with 30 or more hours are mandatory and begin Thursday, September 4, 2008.  Contact us to schedule your appointment, or watch your Georgia Southern email account for your scheduled day and time.  You will need to make a follow-up appointment at your pre-advisement meeting.

New or Returning Students with Fewer than 30 Hours
Appointments for Spring and Summer 2009 advising available beginning September 22, 2008.
