Your primary resource for academic questions is your academic advisor. Each college has an academic advisement center (shown on each subsequent page as an oval). Students must be advised each semester prior to registration for the next term. Contact your advisement center for any questions and to schedule your advisement appointment each semester.

Deans and associate deans lead colleges, while chairs and directors typically lead departments and schools.  In some cases, students need to contact these administrators, for instance, to seek overrides or for appeals.  If you don't know where to go, contact your academic advisor.

These diagrams and those on subsequent pages represent the basic academic organization of the University most pertinent to undergraduates.  For a complete organizational chart of the Division of Academic Affairs, click here (PDF).  For a complete organizational chart of the entire University, click here (PDF).
