Document Scanning / Conversion
Have an out of print article or something you wrote that you need converted or turned into electronic format? Have a PDF that you need to edit, but can't? We have just the thing. Below is a list of services we offer to convert printed documents to eletronic formats. Because we have a high speed scanner available, it is recommended you print in 8.5" x 11" pages of the materials, or if you have photos bring the original print.
- Convert paper-based documents to Adobe PDF (non-editable)
- Convert paper-based documents to Microsoft Word (editable)
- Convert electronic PDF to Microsoft Work (editable)
- Convert pictures, articles, images to electronic images (editable)
Our service is available to all GSU Faculty and Staff. Simply drop off your materials and we can either email you the file(s) or put them onto digital storage media (Flash, CD, DVD - no diskettes or zip please). We're located in COE 2155 and our hours are M-F 8am-5pm for this service.
