Home » Equipment Checkout Form Equipment Checkout Form Equipment checkout is available to GSU Faculty/Staff only. (Students can rent AV equipment from the Library or Student Union). Equipment rented from the Student Union is only for use in the Union or the Williams Center. For details about the equipment available for checkout, please visit our Equipment List. All requests are subject to availability. Please fill out a separate form for each piece of equipment you are requesting. All items must be picked up and returned to our office in the College of Education Room 2154 from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday (excluding University holidays).
