GeorgiaVIEW - Internet Explorer Settings

Follow the steps below to properly configure Internet Explorer to work with GeorgiaVIEW.

• Prompt for file downloads
  1. Go to Tools-->Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab, and then click the Custom Level...button.
  3. Scroll to the Downloads section of the list, and then, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable. Click OK to finish.
• Allow Pop-ups
  1. Next, click the Privacy tab. In the Pop-up Blocker section, click Settings.
  2. Under the heading Address of website to allow, copy and paste georgiasouthern.view.usg.edu in the box and click Add. Click Close to finish.
  3. Click OK to close Internet Options.

• Prompt for file downloads
  1. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Security tab, and then click Trusted Sites. Click on the Custom Level... button.
  3. Scroll to the Downloads section of the list, and then, under Automatic prompting for file downloads, click Enable.
  4. Click OK, click Yes to confirm that you want to make the change, and then click OK again.
