Vista - Template Request Form

Welcome to the new template request form. Below you will have two options of what content you'd like to receive - you cannot do both.

Course Copy - Select this option if you would like to have a current Vista section copied into a new (blank) one. (You will enter the necessary information on the following page)

Pre-configured Design Template - Select this option if you would like to have some of the course structure already developed to be copied into your new (blank) section. This is especially useful if you are building a new course from scratch.
