Important Forms

Template Request Form - The form for requesting a copy of a course be made from one semester to another, or to assign the Online Course Design template to your blank section. FAQ: What if I want the online course design template, but also have previous content on a course I want copied? [Answer]

Crosslisting Request Form - This form is for requesting that two or more courses be automatically merged into one section. FAQ: What if I want to merge two sections, and also copy content from a previous semester? [Answer]

Online Course Software - Our list of software that can be used to enhance your courses and help you be more effective. We offer free downloads, tutorials, and even best practices for using these products.

Online Course Design - Our mission is to provide support for the development and use of online courses. Consider this section of our site to be all about development. We'll show you tips for building an effective online course, as well as suggestions for improving one you already have.

Video/Audio Streaming – Want to enrich your Vista course with some multimedia but don’t have the equipment?  Have you ever wanted to add a video to your Vista course but have no idea where to get started?  Come by and let us take care of the work for you.  Whether it is an old VHS tape of a lecture, a DVD video of a TV show, or a CD with symphonic selections, we can digitize and stream the files to your course for you.  Bring your original media by and we’ll do the rest.

Document Scanning – Have an out of print book that you cannot find an electronic copy of? Let this service help you by allowing pages to be scanned, converted to PDF, and emailed to you. NOTE: The GSU Henderson Library offers several resources that might already offer an electronic version of your publication or book, please check there first.
