Powerpoint Design Tips
If you are planning on using a Powerpoint presentation in your Live Classroom, these tips will help in designing it so that it works most effectively.
- Choose a solid color or a very simple design for the slide background
- Avoid using gradient fills or pictures as the background
- Keep the number of different colors to a minimum
- Reduce/avoid the number/size of any high-quality pictures you include
- Make sure to use high-contrast themes (black on white, white on black) to ease viewing
