Supported Software
There are literally hundreds of possible configurations that can be used to run GeorgiaVIEW successfully. With the myriad of Java versions, browsers (and versions), and other related software, it is sometimes difficult to tell exactly what the problems are related to, however, the list below should help.
All of the features that are required by GeorgiaVIEW can now be tested within the system itself: Check Browser. This will perform several checks on your computer, and if any of them fail, simply follow the steps to diagnose and fix the problem.
Supported = Software has been tested and approved by Blackboard for use with GeorgiaVIEW. NOTE: Errors can still occur.
Unsupported = Software has been tested internally, but not approved by Blackboard for use with GeorgiaVIEW. NOTE: Errors and other issues should still be reported.
Windows-based OS (2000, XP, Vista)

Linux-based OS (Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, Mandriva, etc.)
Firefox is the supported browser for Linux-based OSes. Other browsers specific to the distribution or desktop version may or may not function as expected.
