What is GeorgiaVIEW?
- GeorgiaVIEW is the system you'll use for online course work. It is a version of . Nearly all of your courses will use it in some way.
How do I login?
- A "GeorgiaVIEW" service icon will appear on your My.GeorgiaSouthern page when you login. If you are a new student, you should see the service appear approximately a week after SOAR.
What about my classes?
- Classes will be initially added a week before the semester starts, and updated every 24-48 hours throughout drop/add. If you don't see a class after that time, or need to have one added immediately, contact Support.
- If you have dropped a course, it will not automatically disappear from your course list. You will need to hide it, or contact Support to have them remove it.
Do I have to download any software to use GeorgiaVIEW?
- Not likely. GeorgiaVIEW does require some free software, but they are common to most computers. To make sure you are all set to run GeorgiaVIEW, use the Check Browser link in the upper right corner of the My.GeorgiaVIEW page.
