Your registration fee includes conference sessions and materials, refreshment breaks, and Continental breakfast and luncheon.
In order to finalize the program for printing, we ask that all presenters register by March 7. Please note that students and part-time faculty qualify for reduced fees.

$85 Early registration (ends noon, March 14)
$100 Late registration
$50 graduate student/ PT faculty with proof of student ID (Submit by FAX or SCAN, THEN E-MAIL)
$15 Additional Luncheon Fee for bringing a guest

Registration closes noon, March 28

For special assistance, please request accommodation needs at least 14 working days in advance of the program.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds due to withdrawals take two to four weeks. If payment is made by credit card, your account will be credited. If you cannot attend, please send a friend or colleague in your place. Be sure to notify registration of any substitutions at 912.478.5551. In accordance with professional standards, presenters on the conference program are expected to make their presentations in person. Only if a last minute emergency occurs can another participant make the presentation. Because the scheduled presenter has received the professional benefit of being listed in the program, no conference fees will be refunded in the event of such an emergency. A $20 processing fee is charged for all withdrawals received two weeks or more prior to the conference. No refunds are given to registrants who fail to withdraw prior to March 16, 2014.
