UPDATED PAYMENT POLICY

Upon registering for the conference, please note that our financial process will take effect immediately for your convenience and seamless experience:

• Receiving an invoice does not guarantee a seat. Individuals are only considered registered when payment has been received.
• Payment (check or electronic payment) must be received within 30 days of registration; POs are no longer accepted instead of payment.
• All registration fees must be paid before attending the session.
• Registrations with outstanding balances older than 30 days may be canceled.
• Any credentials/certificates will be withheld until payment is received.
