Please NOTE: The registration fee includes two types – members attending the annual conference and members who do not attend the annual conference.

The conference registration fee includes annual GERA dues, conference sessions, continental breakfast, luncheon, and conference materials. The non-conference-attending fee includes only annual GERA dues (see details below).

$75 Early Student Registration Fee by 9/25/2017

$10 Non-Conference-Attending Membership – Student Member

You may register or renew your membership in GERA referring to the above fees, if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting.

For special assistance, please request accommodation needs at least 14 working days in advance of the program.

If you cannot attend, substitutions are encouraged. Be sure to notify the registration desk of any substitutions at 1.855.478.5551. A processing fee is charged for all withdrawals. Each program has its own policy regarding the amount of the processing fee and deadlines for requesting a refund. Refunds due to withdrawals will be processed in two to four weeks. If payment was made by cash or check, you will receive your refund in the form of a check. If payment was made by a credit card, your account will be credited. No refunds will be given to registrants who fail to withdraw prior to the beginning of a program. Note: A $25 administrative fee will be deducted and no refunds issued after September 25, 2017.

Failure to pay any sums when due will result in the submission of the account balance to a collection agency and all fees and costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, will be paid by the customer.
Checks returned for any reason will be assessed a service fee of $30.00, or 5% of the face value of the check, whichever
is greater.
