The group rate per night will be as follows:

• Single & Double/$69.00

Note: The per room cost does not include GA taxes which currently are an additional 12%. The cutoff date for reservations at these rates is October 15, 2003. Parking is available at the hotel. For reservations and other hotel related services, please contact the hotel directly.

Delegations and Delegation Fees

Each country delegation consists of up to seven delegates.The fees for delegation registration are as follows:

• First Country Delegation/$200.00
• Second Country Delegation/$150.00
• Additional Country Delegations/$100 (each)

The registration fee covers registration for up to seven delegates in one delegation.
